Delivery

  1. All our cakes will be checked and packed before they are delivered out and will be packaged at a highly protective condition.
  2. We do have experienced drivers to do our delivery service (delivery fees applied). All cakes and products will be delivered to clients by car.
  3. Our delivery fee is charged based on the postcode of your desired address. You can find out at the checkout page once filled in the address and postcode.
  4. Deliveries can be done on Monday to Sunday. We do have 4 delivery time slot for everyday, as below;
    10:00am – 12:00pm; 
    12:00pm – 2:00pm;
    2:00pm – 4:00pm; 
    4:00pm – 6:00pm
  5. In the event where the delivery location is too remote or unreachable by our shop, we will contact you before the intended delivery date of your order.
  6. If you wish to collect by your own or arrange by your own driver, we do have the self-pickup selection at the checkout page once filled in information.
  7. If you are picking up your order from our shop, please handle it with good care and store it carefully on a flat surface (preferable at a flat surface eg: floor board) with full blast air conditioner and away from direct sunlight.To transport cakes, place the cake box on a flat surface preferably on the car floor.
  8. If you change address, you must update us through email or whatsapp to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done before 24 hours or one (1) day before the intended delivery date/slot. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.

Return Policy

  1. This return policy shall only be applicable for delivery shopping via Baked by Celestial Online (www.bakedbycelestial.com.my) only.
  2. Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it was mishandled by our company, we will then do our best to compensate you with a replacement of any cakes available here with equal value.
  3. In any rare occasions that accidents do happen to the cake, or there different items are sent by mistake, kindly take a snapshot of the item and email us at enquiry@bakedbycelestial.com.my or in case of emergency, we can be reached through Whatsapp at +6016-211 5165.
  4. Return/Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

    1. If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
    2. If the wrong Product which is different from the order is delivered
  5. If a complaint is made a day after the delivery date, we will not be responsible for full refund or exchange of new cake due to many factors that can be affecting the cake quality, taste and overall presentation
  6. Return/Exchange of Products will be done at the same day, or can arrange with us a new time and date right away.
  7. Any requests for refunds will be accessed and finally decided by Baked by Celestial. Refund only given in subject to approval. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the purchaser’s bank account. Please allow 3-7 working days for the refund to be processed. Please understand that we are unable to provide a refund on a cake that has already been consumed.

Guarantee / Disclaimer

  1. We do all that we can to make sure your order is decorated to the specification on your order form. If for some reason something is not decorated correctly as stated on your order, we will make necessary changes right away.
  2. Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
