What sizes are available for my cake?

We have a few sizes available, 4inches, 6inches and 8inches, but it really depends on the cake type you choose. If you need other sizes than these, don’t hesitate to contact us for your custom order. We will try our best to create your dream cake and give you the best solutions to create it.

Can I request writing on the cake I ordered?

It’s okay for some simple wording, for example, “Happy Birthday My Dear!”, “Happy Anniversary”. It depends on the cake you’ve chosen! Some cakes have too many intricate designs for the baker to fit a message. But that’s not a big problem, as all orders come with a handwritten message card. So, it’s a great way to leave your message on the card also.

Why does the cake I received look slightly different from the pictures displayed on the website?

The photos on display are purely for illustration purposes, so do consider the lighting and photo editing. And also, the cakes would not look exactly the same as they are all handmade by our bakers. Our bakers will also substitute toppings in the case where the original topping is unavailable. Don’t worry, if substitutions do happen it will be equal of value or even higher in value. We take pride in producing the best quality cakes, hence taste and flavour is of utmost importance to our bakers. We promised to do our best to achieve your dream cake.

How long can my cake last once I receive it?

Our cakes will stay fresh for roughly 3 days if refrigerated.

  • For the pinata cake series, we strongly suggested collecting it on the exact celebration date as our pinata cake cannot be stored in the refrigerator overnight.
  • For fondant cakes, it is recommended to store the whole cake box in the fridge to minimise the fondant from ‘sweating’ or ‘melting’. Fondant covered cakes are sensitive to humidity and prone to condensation when exposed to temperature changes.
  • Baked by Celestial will not be held accountable for any damage that may occur to an order after pickup or delivery to the location. However, if there is an issue with your order, do give us a call at 016-2115165 and we will see what we can do to help!
  • Remember that our cakes are perishable and fragile products! Proper care must be taken to ensure the integrity of your cake.
How to place my order?

Step 1: Browse through our wide selection of cakes and pick a favourite!

Step 2a: Pick your delivery date and time, what message on the handwritten message card you’d like to come with the cake, and click ‘Add to Cart’.

Step 2b: If you would like to customise your own cake, fill in the form below and share with us your photo inspiration and requirements. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 3: Go to the cart page and proceed to check out.

Step 4: Fill in your delivery details and select your preferred payment method. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email.

Step 5: Now, Relax while we get your freshly baked cake delivered right to you!
Be sure that upon placing your order you are contactable through either WhatsApp or call.

What are the times slots available for delivery?

Our cakes are all pre-order and freshly hand-made by our baker. So the delivery date and time for some cakes has to be 3 days or more after. Below shows the time slots for our delivery.
– 10am to 12pm
– 12pm to 2pm
– 2pm to 4pm
– 4pm to 6pm

Does my cake order come with a knife and candles?

Yes, we do provide a knife and candle for each cake. There will be a small hammer provided also for the pinata cake series.

How do I know whether my order is processed?

Don’t worry, you’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is processed. So, do keep an eye out for that email! If you didn’t receive email, drop us a Whatsapp text or contact us.

Where does Baked by Celestial deliver to?

We currently only serve within Klang Valley but will expand to other states throughout Malaysia in due time. Stay tuned!

Does Baked by Celestial charge a delivery fee?

Yes, we do charge a delivery fee based on the distance you set between our bakery and your delivery address. We will show your delivery fee amount before you make the payment for your order. If you want to collect by your own, we do have the option of self-collect also. Make sure to select your collect time and date also.

How do I know if the cake has been delivered?

You can check your items status within your account. We will notice you once it is successfully delivered by our driver.

Can I change the delivery date and/or time?

If you would like to change your delivery to a later date and/or time, we will need you to notify us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. You can Whatsapp us of the changes.
Kindly understand delivery is a very complex and delicate process from making the cake, packing, moving it to the mode of transport, during the period of delivery and delivering the cake, so kindly notify us earlier, so we can work together!
